Kharkov is one of five cities in Ukraine, where "Open-Space Offices" started working for processing documents. One of such "fast" offices was opened in Shevchenkovskiy district of the city - the constituency of the People's Deputy of Ukraine, Valeriy Pysarenko.
From now, you can get a passport, apply for a pension, compensation, perks or subsidies under one roof.
The center is fully accessible for people with disabilities - equipped with elevators, ramps, special restrooms, visual signs, a queue warning sound system, informational tactile tables. The reception of people with hearing impairments is conducted by specialists who know the language of gestures.
Valeriy Pysarenko is confident that now it will be much easier and more convenient for Kharkov citizens working with licensing authorities.
