"Today the majority of legislative acts are adopted by the Parliament in breach of the statutory provisions. Very often draft laws are put for vote 10-15 times which is not provided by the regulations", - Member of Ukrainian Parliament Valeriy Pysarenko said during the round table for parliamentary procedures reform.
"The Verkhovna Rada regulations reform is long overdue and recognition of the opposition as well as consolidation of rights and guarantees of its activity is one of the first changes to be made in regulations of the Verkhovna Rada",- opinion of Valeriy Pysarenko.
"Today the political opposition in Ukraine has neither possibilities nor leverages over political and managerial decisions. The opposition is either excluded from reins of power and management, or partially admitted to participate in establishment of formal bodies, which have no significant impact on the official idea of the state policy", - Member of Parliament presenting his draft law on enhancement of institutional capacity of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ( registration № 4696-2 from 30.05.2016)
