The project of creation of the Anti-Corruption Court by Valeriy Pysarenko


  1. 1.  The Supreme Specialized Anti-Corruption Court will administer justice as a court of first instance.
  2. 2. The decision of the court will be appealed in the Anticorruption Chamber of the Cassation Criminal Court of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. The Anti-Corruption Chamber will have administrative autonomy within the Supreme Court and the Cassation Criminal Court of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
  3. 3. The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court will consider in cassation the decisions of the Supreme Anticorruption Court that have entered into force.
  4. 4. The Judges of the Anti-Corruption Court will consider all cases that are under investigation only by the NABU, which fully complies with the recommendations of the Venice Commission.<span class='num'>3</span> головні дії
  5. 5. On the basis of the Higher Qualification Commission of Judges, a competitive commission will be created with the introduction of 4 international experts who will participate in the selection of judges. International experts themselves will be elected by the High Council of Justice.<span class='num'>4</span>
  6. 6. A citizen of Ukraine, who meets the following requirements, can become a Judge of the Anti-Corruption Court:

    - not younger than 30 and not older than 65 years

    - speaks the state language

    - who has a higher legal education and experience in the court, the prosecutor's office, in science or a lawyer for at least 10 years

    - and who passed the exam and was interviewed.
