The Code of Gas Distribution Systems of Ukraine will be changed in accordance with the Law No. 5722-d "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine" On Providing Commercial Accounting for Natural Gas "regarding the procedure for setting meters to natural gas consumers.
That is, the rules governing the installation of common house meters and the cessation of the supply of natural gas to consumers who refuse to install it will be identical.
Namely, a house-count gas meter is installed only with the consent of the co-owners of the apartment building. In case of failure, the gas does not turn off.
This was reported by the head of the National Commission implementing state regulation in the sphere of energy and public services, Oksana Krivenko in a letter - a response to the deputy's request Valeriy Pysarenko.
"The proposals described in your deputy request for amendments to the Gas Distribution System Code approved by the decree of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 30, 2015 № 2494 will be processed during work on improvement of regulatory legal acts,"- said Krivenko.
Recall that Valeriy Pysarenko asked the NKREKP to correct the legal conflict and bring the Code of gas distribution systems of Ukraine in line with the requirements of the current legislation.
